The Feldenkrais Method®

The Feldenkrais Method consists of lessons that use gentle movement and directed attention to improve movement and enhance human functioning.

Feldenkrais Method group lessons, called Awareness through Movement, are verbally-guided explorations of movement and imagination. Through safe and comfortable actions, participants learn to use their whole self to reduce effort and rediscover the joy of supple, effortless movement. Appealing to a wide audience, from performers and athletes to everyday people and the elderly, the Feldenkrais Method offers a relaxing and accesible way to improve posture, breath, and coordination.

Adam Roth is an authorized Awareness through Movement teacher. He is currently offering both private lessons and group classes.
